We have a new version of the SWICCA Demonstrator: http://swicca.climate.copernicus.eu/
News in this version:
•All metadata descriptions for 0.5 degree grid, catchments and meteorological indicators for 0.1 degree grid have been updated
•Aridity 1 and Aridity 2 have been renamed to Wetness 1 and Wetness 2
•RoC Index for Hype Catchments is implemented
•First version of GDP scenarios is shown under graphs and download. We are still working on how to present GDP data, and the metadata descriptions will be updated. Feedback on this is very much welcome!Right now we are working on:
•Confidence in pictures for Hype Catchments
•Updating metadata descriptions on socioeconomic indicators
•Recalculating Unregulated River flow because of an error that was found in the dataset
•Wetness 1 and 2 will be presented in absolute change instead of relative change
•Pop up windows for “How to read the graph” for all different types of graphsDuring autumn:
•As you download data you will also get a link to the metadata description of selected indicator
•Better naming of the downloaded files
•Some of the indicators will be given for Lisflood resolution (Wetness 1, Wetness 2, flow duration curve, flood recurrence, precipitation, river flow)
•Confidence in pictures and RoC Index for all resolutions
•Function to print out the map viewNovember 14, 2016 at 11:42 am #1852Ingela OleskogModeratorWe have a new version of the SWICCA Demonstrator: http://swicca.climate.copernicus.eu/
News in this version:
•Wetness 1 and 2 will be presented in absolute change instead of relative change. Note! If the wetness indicators are not shown in absolute values on the SWICCA Demonstrator (i.e. if it still says % of change in the legend in the map-view), try to clear your browser cache. If that doesn´t help, please let me know!
•Possibility to save and print out the map view from your browser
•Some smaller changes in how we present socioeconomic indicators and guidance on how to interpret the GDP graph
•Corrected values for Unregulated River flowRight now we are working on:
•Some of the indicators will be given for Lisflood resolution (Wetness 1, Wetness 2, flow duration curve, flood recurrence, precipitation, river flow)
•Updating metadata descriptions for socioeconomic indicators
•Pop up windows for “How to read the graph” for all different types of graphs
•Two new indicators are being calculated: Aridity 1 (Epot/P) and Aridty 2 (Eact/P)During autumn:
•As you download data you will also get a link to the metadata description of selected indicator
•Better naming of the downloaded files
•Confidence in pictures for Hype CatchmentsNovember 14, 2016 at 2:47 pm #1853fokke16ParticipantThanks for informing us. Is it possible to add key information at indicator Wetness1? There is no information here
November 15, 2016 at 7:28 am #1854Ingela OleskogModeratorWe will add key messages for Wetness. This work is ongoing!
November 24, 2016 at 6:39 pm #1855Ingela OleskogModeratorToday we received a new version of the SWICCA Demonstrator: http://swicca.climate.copernicus.eu/
Unfortunately, in this version we got a cache problem. If the map-view and the graphs doesn´t show properly you need to clear your browser cache!
I´m really sorry for this, but after we noticed this problem we have done an action so this should not happen again.News in this version:
•Some of the indicators are given for Lisflood resolution (5km grid): wetness 1, wetness 2, flow duration curve, flood recurrence, precipitation and river flow
•Some bug fixes:
-problems with downloading indicators for Hype catchments resolution
-better scaling of the y-axis for very small values
-flow duration curve wasn´t shown for the reference period
-corrected values for the ECV unregulated river flow and a metadata descriptionRight now we are working on:
•Metadata descriptions for Lisflood data
•Updating metadata descriptions for socioeconomic indicators
•Pop up windows for “How to read the graph” for all different types of graphs
•Two new indicators: Aridity 1 (Epot/P) and Aridty 2 (Eact/P)
•Confidence in pictures for Hype CatchmentsDuring autumn:
•As you download data you will also get a link to the metadata description of selected indicator
•Better naming of the downloaded filesDecember 19, 2016 at 12:53 pm #1945Ingela OleskogModeratorWe have a new version of the SWICCA Demonstrator: http://swicca.climate.copernicus.eu/
News in this version:
•As you download data, the first tab contains information about indicator name, resolution of the data, date and time for downloading and a link to the metadata description of selected indicator
•Better naming of the downloaded files
•Indicators for Aridity 1 and 2 also for Lisflood resolution
•Metadata descriptions now available for all Lisflood data
•Some bug fixes (e.g. problems with truncated data in future periods for Wetness 1 and Wetness 2)Tasks that will be released in beginning of 2017:
•Updating metadata descriptions for socioeconomic indicators
•Updating Pop up windows for “How to read the graph” for all different types of graphs
•Confidence in pictures for indicators with resolution Hype Catchment and Lisflood
•Robustness of change for Indicators in Lisflood resolution (when possible, not all indicators have enough members to calculate RoC)
•Possibility to change the height of the graph
•Possibility to download indicators by typing in coordinates
•Daily values for River flow and Precipitation in Lisflood resolutionJanuary 31, 2017 at 3:39 pm #2027Tim HillParticipantHi,
I’m a new user and I can’t seem to obtain either graphic output on the screen or download data from the download tool. The graphics window appears but only the model tabs and not the graphs are seen. Downloading data doesn’t seem to work regardless for how long I leave it for.
I’d be grateful for any clues as to where I’m going wrong.thanks

Sounds like there was a bug somewhere – are you still having the same problems? We havent come across anything similar to what youre describing recently.February 14, 2017 at 2:53 pm #2038Frida GyllensvärdKeymasterUpdates of the SWICCA Demonstrator (2017-01-25): http://swicca.climate.copernicus.eu/
News in this version:
• Functionality to change the height of the graph
